Podcast Episode 137: How to Handle Difficult Workplace Situations

March 13, 2018 By Law School Toolbox Team Leave a Comment

Welcome back to the Law School Toolbox podcast! Today, we are so pleased to talk with Sadie Jones, ex-BigLaw recruiter, about how to handle difficult situations at work.

In this episode, we discuss:

  • What to tell your employer/prospective employer when the grades you had when you got the job suddenly tank or you’ve failed the bar exam
  • Whether and what criminal, mental, physical, or substance abuse issues need to be discussed with your boss
  • How to have difficult conversations about troublesome bosses or coworkers or how to discuss if you’ve taken on too much work
  • Technology! What to do when you’ve accidentally opened or deleted something you shouldn’t have

Thanks for listening!
