Legal Careers: The New Frontier - fighting revenge porn as a lawyerRevenge porn, or nonconsensual pornography, has become a way for spiteful exes to try to get even—and laws are being put in place to fight it. What is the current state of affairs?

Most people have heard a story like this, even if it wasn’t from someone they know personally – a relationship ended, and one spiteful ex posted suggestive pictures of the other online for the world to see. There are entire websites devoted to these pornographic images that were never meant for public consumption, where pictures are posted against the will of those actually in them. This is revenge porn, and it is being fought by lawyers across the country, oftentimes free of charge.
